How to request deletion
Send an email to info@campuseats.site with the subject line "CampusEats Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address or phone number connected to your CampusEats account so we can identify the correct account.

Account Deletion Request
If you created an account in the CampusEats app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting the CampusEats support team.
App and developer contact: CampusEats, info@campuseats.site.

Include the email address or phone number connected to your CampusEats account so we can identify the correct account.
We will delete or anonymize your CampusEats account profile and personal account information connected to the app account.
Where technically possible, associated app data linked directly to your account will also be removed or anonymized.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or payment and refund records.
Retained records are kept only for the period required for those purposes and are not used for normal account activity.
We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days. We may contact you if we need more information to verify account ownership before completing the request.
